Walking Home From Work Near Sunset

I love to take gorgeous pictures of the landscape as I walk home near sunset. We have been treated to some spectacular Southern California sunsets the last couple of days!

Palm Tree Mountain Sunset Walking Shoes

I used fabric markers to draw a picture of palm trees and the San Bernardino Mountains at sunset on a pair of canvas shoes. You might as well have a comfortable pair of shoes if you are going to be walking all the time, so why not decorate to make a fashion statement.

Pedestrians Taking Pictures At Sunset

At sunset time I love walking around the San Bernardino Mountains because there is always something beautiful to see. Walking is a beautiful way to commune with nature, especially when you can take pictures of a glorious sunset.

I love how the sun is just below the horizon here, which is a picture I took during my pedestrian walk.

When you go for a walk rather than driving then you can slow down and appreciate the sunset.
